Doctor Callum is friendly, concise, professional and really cares about his patients. I thought the environment was warm, welcoming and the staff were very pleasant. A 10/10 for me.

Callum is excellent and very knowledgeable. I went to see him as I had been getting uncontrollable headaches for 5-6 months and although I'm very apprehensive and tense about getting adjustments particularly around my neck area, Callum was very patient and calming. He also explained the diagnostics of why I was having so much trouble as my neck had pretty much ceased up. There is also a good vibe and mood when you enter the clinic. So far so good, no headaches recently and better movement👍

Callum and his staff are amazing. My back was pretty well seized up, was unable to bend over to pick thing up. I had shocking pain down the back of leg, getting into the car was agony. After a number of session's with Southern Cross Chiropractic client, I felt so much better.

Okie Dokie Artichokeee, where do I start. Firstly, it took me a very long time to build up fierce slay girl era/confidence and just to say enough is enough! It took me 3-4 years to reach out to a chiropractor about my back and neck pain! What the heck took me so long you ask?, well… 1 - finances, it can be costly/add up to see the chiro. 2 - confidence. 3 - being time poor. However life is not going to slow down! You have to fit this in between all the chaos life brings, it’s not what we need Ughh another thang to add to the list but you’ll thank yourself later! Plus if you have private health and depending on the level of cover you have it’ll cover most of the expense with some out of pocket of course, the lovely ladies/ front desk super stars! The slay queen team! The super friendly lovelies will keep you informed every step of the way, give you much information and give you all the breakdowns, but you have to ask! Be proactive my dears. I felt super welcome and warm on my first visit and they are non judgemental. Super flexible with times if you’re running late or early just a quick SMS or phone call and it’s all goodies! Now Callum - Mr Chiropractor himself, this guy.. super friendly, knowledgeable, knows his stuff, he walks his talk!, he struts that stuff, he is good at what he does and is caring/patient & gentle. Lots of insight so listen and take it all on board it can be a lot but do this for yourself, if you don’t wanna do this for yourself do it for your back/neck or whatever other body part needs some TLC it’ll thank you later, thangs will get worse before they get better but this is the healing process! I’ve seen a chiropractor before and thought I knew what to expect… but wow, I was completely wrong! My experience with Callum has been a real eye-opener. For years I was told my issue was genetic, but Callum took the time to do proper X-rays, explain how the spine is supposed to function, and show me exactly what was happening with mine. He then created a plan tailored specifically to me. For the first time, I genuinely felt heard — and more importantly, hopeful that things could actually improve. Two months in, the results have been amazing. No more back pain, no more headaches, and my posture is improving every day. The whole practice is incredible and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The appointment reminders are super helpful, the team always organise my next visit before I leave, and by my second visit they already knew me by name. Callum also provides videos to help me stay on track with my exercises and checks in regularly to see how I’m going. You really feel supported every step of the way, and it’s clear that Callum genuinely cares about helping his patients. I can’t recommend him enough!
