Neurospinal Flow
The aim of this flow is to start moving your body through full ranges of global range of motion which will start to fire up your nervous system and help to hold your adjustments.

We want you to build this into your daily routine (just like brushing your teeth) so please do this at least twice per day, for example morning and night.

The Daily Mover
This is an advanced version of our Neurospinal Flow.

To be healthy you need to have a healthy nervous system and to have a healthy nervous system, you must have a healthy spine. Do this movement flow once per day to help maintain optimal spinal movement as well as helping to hold your adjustments.
