How we work
Our expert process
What To Expect
Our 5-step process is one of the most thorough assessments you’ll experience, grounded in best practices and designed to uncover exactly what your body needs. Every plan we create is focused on both structure and function and tailored to your assessment results. We combine the most effective Chiropractic techniques with a deep understanding of your individual goals — because our care isn’t just about adjustments, it’s about outcomes. The ones that matter most to you and your family. From the moment you walk in, we aim to provide a welcoming environment and a remarkable experience.
To help you prepare, here’s what to expect.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Your first visit is all about you. We begin with a thorough conversation to understand your most pressing concerns — whether it’s pain, dysfunction, or something that’s been holding you back. We’ll discuss your health history, including past traumas, lifestyle factors, and daily habits that may be influencing your current state.
We take the time to really listen. We want to know not just what you’re experiencing, but why your goals for care matter to you. Whether it’s getting back to doing what you love, feeling more energetic, or improving long-term health for your family — your motivations guide our direction. This is our opportunity to uncover the root causes of your challenges, so we can move forward with clarity and purpose.
Step 2: Assessment
Our assessment process is designed to leave no stone unturned. We begin with a comprehensive neurostructural assessment, giving us deeper insight into how your brain and nervous system are influencing essential functions such as posture, coordination, movement, and balance. This helps us understand how well your body is functioning — not just how it feels. We also utilise on-site digital x-rays to capture both structural and functional images (where clinically appropriate). This allows us to look deeper, identify underlying issues, and ensure your care is based on accurate, objective findings.
Step 3: Analysis
Following your assessment, we undertake a detailed analysis of your health history alongside the results of your neurostructural tests, digital postural analysis, and x-rays. This comprehensive evaluation allows us to objectively identify the underlying contributors to your current presentation.
With a clear understanding of your condition and goals, we determine the most clinically appropriate approach to care. Your personalised recommendations will include the ideal frequency and duration of Chiropractic adjustments, as well as a tailored rehabilitation program designed to support both structural correction and long-term functional improvement.
Step 4: Report
During your report visit, we’ll clearly explain the results of your assessment — including neurostructural tests, digital postural analysis, and x-rays. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what’s going on in your body and why. We’ll present a personalised, goal-focused plan of action, outlining the frequency of care, recommended techniques, and any supportive rehabilitation.
If we feel Chiropractic care isn’t the best option for you, or if a referral is more appropriate, we’ll let you know. This is also your time to ask questions. We’ll address every concern, ensuring you feel fully informed, confident, and supported before beginning care. From here, you’ll be ready to start care with clarity, confidence, and a plan tailored just for you.
Step 5: Chiropractic Adjustments
This is where the magic happens.
Adjustments are the heart of what we do and our favourite part of what we deliver. We’re dedicated to delivering an unmatched hands-on experience, combining skill, precision, and purpose in every adjustment. We use a variety of techniques tailored to your needs and preferences, always aiming to ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.
Whether you’ve been adjusted before or it’s your first time, our goal is the same: to provide the best chiropractic adjustments you’ll ever experience. Every adjustment is designed to create real change — to restore function, improve nervous system communication, and help you move, feel, and live better.
